forming part of the prestigious Ironshore Estates.
The combination of a spacious living area equipped with modern conveniences
such as cable TV, VCR, telephone, computer, stereo system, along with an extensively
covered verandah; along with ample space for lounging and dining,
provides the best of both indoor and outdoor living experience.
Each of
the air conditioned suites has its own private bathroom.
The tropical garden has fruit-bearing trees such as bananas, ackee, sour sap,
breadfruit, limes and oranges.
There is an inviting pool and rooftop sun deck that offers spectacular ocean
views.
The villa is completely staffed with a cook, maid/laundress and 24-hour
security.
The friendly on-site management greet all guests and are happy to cater to
individual needs.

proximity to the Sangster International airport enables guests convenient
access to the villa within 15 minutes after clearing Customs.
Because the villa is located on a hillside, the views from the estate are
breathtakingly refreshing and relaxing.
STAFF AND SERVICE
Your
chef will do your grocery shopping and meal preparation.
He will pre-purchase your first few meals plus pantry staples, then finish
the week's shopping after meeting with you upon your arrival.
At week's end, receipts for all food and beverages will be given to you for
reimbursement on your villa account.
A typical grocery budget is $280 - $315 USD per adult per week, less for
children.
This amount may vary depending on current market prices, menus, and your own
dietary needs and preferences.
An approximate food budget is $40 US per adult per day.
YOUR DAYS AT EAST OF EDEN VILLA
While
guests are still sleeping, your chef is preparing a gourmet breakfast meal
beginning with pots of steaming
Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee and the best of herbal teas.
On the verandah, your full breakfast may
consist of:
freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh tropical fruit, gingered lavender
pancakes, eggs, bacon,
or the Jamaican traditional dish of ackee and salt fish, fried dumpling,
breadfruit.
For lunch and dinner, your chef
will prepare his own mix of Jamaican specialties
including fresh, homemade soups, lobster, curried goat, jerk chicken,
fresh fish, rice and peas or traditional American cuisine. Dessert is always
delicious.
Your chambermaid and laundress will care for every detail of your suite and
bath providing a daily supply of fresh linens and flowers.
The gardener will maintain the pool and grounds immaculately each day.
